1. Who We Are

Digithrive Solutions (hereinafter "Digithrive", "we", "our") operates the website digithrivesolutions.in and the member portal suite.digithrivesolutions.in (FIMP Studio). We are a coaching and training company registered in India, focused on the First Impression Mastery Program (FIMP) for Indian entrepreneurs, consultants, and professionals.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Registration data: Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, and professional details when you register for our webinar or enroll in FIMP.
  • Payment data: Handled entirely by Razorpay. Digithrive does not store, process, or transmit your card details or bank information.
  • Portal usage data: Messages you send to FIMP Buddy (AI chat), tool usage logs, and session data within the FIMP Studio member portal — all stored in Supabase.
  • Technical data: Browser type, IP address, and access timestamps collected automatically for site analytics.

We do not collect sensitive personal data categories such as health, financial account details (other than UPI IDs used for refunds, processed via Razorpay), or biometric data.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following lawful bases:

  • Contract performance: To deliver your enrolled program, send access credentials, provide AI coaching tools, and share session recordings.
  • Legitimate interests: To send program updates, new offering announcements, and service-related communications. You can opt out at any time.
  • Consent: For marketing communications and WhatsApp messages. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:

  • Razorpay (razorpay.com) — for payment processing and refund handling. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Supabase (supabase.com) — for FIMP Studio database and authentication. Data is stored on their Singapore-region servers.
  • webinar.gg — for live webinar room access. They receive your name and email for room entry.
  • ClaudeOpus.Pro — AI backend for FIMP Buddy. Chat messages are processed for AI response generation only and are not stored beyond session duration.

We may share data if required by law, court order, or government authority under applicable Indian law (IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023).

5. AI Tools & Automated Decision-Making

The FIMP Studio member portal uses AI (via ClaudeOpus.Pro) to power FIMP Buddy — a coaching assistant. AI responses are generated based on your input and are not used for automated decision-making that affects you legally or significantly. All AI interactions are advisory in nature.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested.
  • Payment records: Retained for 8 years per Indian tax regulations.
  • AI chat logs: Stored in Supabase for portal functionality. Deletion available upon account closure.
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized; no individual-level data retained beyond 26 months.

To request deletion of your personal data, email info@digithrivesolutions.in or message +91 91766 18101 on WhatsApp. Deletion will be completed within 72 hours.

7. Cookies

  • Essential cookies: FIMP Studio portal uses session cookies for authentication. These are required for the portal to function.
  • Analytics cookies: We use anonymized web analytics (Tinybird) to measure site performance. No personal data is tracked.
  • No advertising cookies: We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights Under DPDP Act

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of your personal data held by us
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Erase (delete) your personal data
  • Grievance redressal — raise complaints about data handling
  • Appoint a nominee to exercise your rights after your death

9. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause harm to any data principal (you), we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required under the DPDP Act.

10. Cross-Border Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed outside India (e.g., Supabase Singapore region) only where the government of India has allowed such transfer under the DPDP Act. We ensure adequate data protection measures are in place with all third-party providers.

11. Children's Data

Our services are intended for adults (18 years and above). We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we discover such collection, it will be deleted immediately.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify via email to registered users.
