Deliverables depend on completion of the required submissions. Video résumé support covers guided self-recording; professional filming and editing are not included.
Curriculum
36 Hours of Focused Placement Preparation.
Sessions combine role-plays, speaking exercises, group discussions, workplace scenarios, résumé workshops and interview practice. Students also complete approximately 6–8 hours of guided assignments and independent practice.
Readiness indicators reflect the competencies taught in this programme. They do not measure technical proficiency or predict hiring outcomes.

Delivery Format
A Practical Schedule for Your Campus.
A proposed institutional delivery model — final arrangements are agreed with the college.
Proposed delivery model
- Minimum four instructional hours per batch per training day.
- Nine training days.
- 36 training hours received by each student.
- All teaching sessions delivered live.
The schedule and final batch size will be agreed with the college. Breaks are additional to instructional hours.
For larger batches, activities use pairs and small groups, structured peer feedback and targeted trainer feedback. Dedicated individual trainer interviews can be arranged separately.
